Contoured Florals

T. G. I. F!

Oh, my Friends. I cannot explain how thankful I am that it is Friday. It's been quite a week and I'm ready to enjoy some quality time in my stamp room.

Today, I'm sharing a beautiful card I received from my friend Kerry-Anne in a recent swap. I loved this card so much, I ordered the stamp set that wasn't on my radar, lol.

Isn't it gorgeous?

I absolutely love the Fresh Freesia colour. The InColor Designer Series Paper is the perfect compliment and just adds a little pop of something extra. Of course, the sparkle added by the Wink of Stella on the blooms is superb! A complete list of supplies will be found at the bottom of the post.

Card Measurements:

  • Fresh Freesia card stock: 11" x 4 1/4", scored at 5 1/2"

  • 2021-2023 InColor DSP in Fresh Freesia: 1 1/2" x 4 1/4"

  • Basic White: 4" x 2 3/4"

  • Basic White: 2" x 3 3/4"

Card Details:

  • Fold the card base in half along the score line. Run through Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine using Tasteful Textures Embossing Folder.

  • Open the card base and use the scallop edge die from the Scalloped Contours Dies to cut about 1" from the bottom of the front of the card.

  • Cut DSP and attach behind cut scalloped edge using Stampin' Seal.

  • Cut Basic White scalloped rectangle using Scalloped Contours Dies. Randomly stamp splatters in Fresh Freesia ink. Attach to card front with Stampin' Seal

  • On the other piece of Basic White, stamp the flower image in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Fill in the blooms with Fresh Freesia and top with Wink of Stella. Cut with Color & Contours dies then attach to centre of scalloped rectangle with Stampin' Dimensionals.
