Fancy Fold Design Team - Slide and Lock Card

T.G.I.F and Happy Friday! Welcome to all my new visitors and thank you to those returning. I'm so excited to be participating in the Fancy Fold Design Team Blog Hop once again today. If you've not joined in for this hop before, let me tell you a little bit about it. The Fancy Fold Design team is a group of passionate Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the globe who come together once a month to showcase new and fun Fancy Folds. The skills and creativity this group shares each month leaves me truly humbled to have been asked to join them.

This month, our focus is a slide and lock card. I had not heard of this before and was excited to try it out. So without futher ado...

You may be looking at this picture and thinking, it looks like a normal card. You aren't wrong, it does look like a normal card; with twist. It has a fabulous sliding lock mechanism which was so easy to make and just elevates your card to the next level.

Isn't it fun?

I've used the beautiful Pansy Patch stamp set, along with the Pansy dies and Pansy Patch DSP to create my card. Check out my video to see how simple it is to create; and a full list of supplies will be found at the bottom of this post.

Before you go, be sure to hop along with the other Design Team Artisans. Click the button below to be taken to the next fantastic project.
