I am so excited to have been invited to participate in the Ink. Stamp. Share Showcase Blog Hop today. I am joined with Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world as we share what we've recently been working on. I love that there's no set theme, and it's an opportunity to share something that maybe wouldn't be seen otherwise.
The card I'm sharing today was created for an event I'm hosting with some other Demonstrators this Sunday. It's a Stamping Extravaganza to showcase the new Mini Catalogue. The event features live stamping demonstrations, project samples, mystery stamping, games and even Bingo! If you're in Canada, and you're not a Demonstrator, you're welcome to join in the fun!
So this card will be one of the samples I share to showcase the Pretty Pumpkins bundle. I absolutely LOVE this bundle. It really embraces everything I love about the Autumn season in Ontario.
Card Measurements:
Basic White Thick Card Stock: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"
Basic White: 5 1/4" x 4"
Be Dazzling Specialty Paper: (2) 2 1/4" x 2 1/4"
Black Glitter Paper: 2 1/4" x 2 1/4"
Basic White: 3 1/2" x 1"
Card Details:
Cut card base and fold in half. Position in portrait orientation
Cut Basic White to size and emboss with Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder and Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine
Wrap Black & White Gingham ribbon around embossed layer, about 1/3" from the bottom, and tie in bow. Attach layer to card base with Stampin' Seal.
Using the smaller detailed die from the Detailed Pumpkins die set, cut out two in the Be Dazzling Specialty Papers and one in the Black Glitter Paper. Attach the two Be Dazzling pumpkins to the card base, above the ribbon, using Tombow Multipurpose Glue. Layer Black Glitter pumpkin on top using Mini Black Stampin' Dimensionals.
On Basic White strip, stamp greeting in Memento Tuxedo Black in. Cut out using Paper Snips and attach under ribbon using Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.
