Product of the Week - Well Suited

Good morning and happy Monday! I know, I know...it’s Monday. But, I happen to love Monday for a variety of reasons. First it’s the day I do my Facebook Live! Set your reminder for tonight at 8pm EST and join me for some fun crafting together. The second reason I like Monday is that I get to introduce you to a new Product of the Week! This week, I’m featuring the Well Suited suite of products.

Each of the projects I will be sharing this week, I received in a recent swap. This card come from Anne Hepditch.

Card Measurements:

  • Smokey Slate card stock base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"

  • Smokey Slate: 5 3/8" x 4 1/8"

  • DSP: 1 5/8" x 3 1/8", 2 1/8" x 1 2/8"

  • Smokey Slate: 1 6/8" x 3 2/8", 2 1/4" x 1 3/8"

  • Basic White: 1 6/8" x 1 2/8", 1" x 2 2/8"

  • Smokey Slate: 1 7/8" x 1 3/8", 1 1/8" x 2 3/8"

Card Details:

  • Cut card base to size and fold in half. Burnish the edge with Bone Folder to create crisp folded edge.

  • Cut Smokey Slate matte and run through Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine using Dainty Diamonds 3D Embossing Folder. Attach directly to card base using Stampin' Seal.

  • Cut two different patterns of DSP to size and attach to Smokey Slate card stock measuring 1/8" larger on all sides. Attach the longer strip on the left of the card base, centred top to bottom, using Seal. Attach the second strip about 1/3 of the way down from the previous stip, leaving 1/16" between the two panel sides.

  • Cut Basic White panels and mount to Smokey Slate mattes. Stamp greeting in Cajun Craze on the longer strip. Stamp the bow tie in Pacific Point on the shorter strip. Attach to card base using Stampin' Dimensionals. The bow tie above the shorter DSP strip, in line with the left edge. The greeting overlapping both strips of DSP toward the bottom of the card.

  • Sprinkle on Matte Black Dots to complete the look.

Isn't this the perfect masculine card? That's usually where most people struggle, myself included. The Well Suited suite makes it easy to create cards for the men and boys in your lives. A full list of the supplies used on this card will be found at the bottom of this post. Be sure to check back often throughout the week for more ideas using this fantastic suite!

What a nice card to send to guys. I usually have a hard time making guy cards. ❤️
